ORDERS

Please expect slight variations from the pictures you see as all these items are handmade and exact copies are almost impossible.

DELIVERY METHODS/ TIME

Local (Singapore) Delivery via postage is charged at a flat fee of SGD$4. This will be inclusive of registered postage charges, bubble wraps/styrofoam packaging and handling charges. All shipping will be handled by Singpost and can be tracked by the registered article number (which will be provided to you). Please allow at least 3 working days for processing.

Do be assured that all items are delivered in prime condition and all prevention measures are made, hence I will not bear any responsibilities for damages made during delivery.

Arranged Meet- Up for collection is free though the time and venue of collection has to be at my convenience. This can be easily liaised via email.

Special Delivery (Local) can be arranged with request if you are purchasing a gift for a friend and wish for it to be hand-delivered to a specific destination at a specific time. This service will be charged at a flat fee of SGD$5 (excluding gift wrapping). Please email me for arrangements.

Apart from arranged meet-ups, items will be delivered within 3 days, only after payment has been received.

GIFT WRAPPING

Gift wrapping or packaging is available upon request. A range of handmade pouches, boxes and cards(to be personalised by you) will be provided for your selection via email. Additional charge of SGD$3 applies for purchases below SGD$40.

PAYMENT

For local (Singapore) buyers, payment will be via ATM/internet bank transfers or cheques. Bank account details will be given as soon as purchase is confirmed.

Item(s )will only be held for 2 days after email confirmation of purchase. Payment has to be made within the 2 days before the release of item(s) for sale again.

CUSTOM ORDERS

If you are interested in a particular piece which has already been sold, not in your desired shade or material type (eg. pure silver earring hooks for sensitive ears, glass beads instead of Swarovski crystals or vice versa, etc.), please email me for a custom order. I am more than willing to accommodate your requests.

A quote on the estimated cost of customising your item would first be given and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work will begin.

Please allow ample time (an additional of approx. 2 weeks) for me to work on your customisation as the materials may not be readily available.

EXCHANGE/REFUND

Regretfully, exchanges or refunds will not be entertained.
